The winners are congratulated and welcomed to the Board of Directors—or in one case, welcomed to continue
their duties as a Director.
Mrs. Ayers, Mr. Thomas Edwards, Mr. Dauster, and Mr. McHugh will take office at 1200hrs Central Daylight Time
(CDT), June 25, 2007, and Directors Feaster, McClain, Morga, will leave with our appreciation that they served
their terms satisfactorily during a difficult time.
The new and/or reelected Directors will be sworn in at the first Board meeting after their election. If there
is a business-without-a-meeting called before the next Board meeting the new Board will be sworn in by
affidavit.
It is fair to generalize and say that all appointments made by the President and Board end on Jun 25, 1200hrs
CDT, OR until a replacement is sworn in (there are a few exceptions). I will be submitting recommended
appointments at the next Board meeting. As before, if anyone wants to be considered for appointment to a
position/office I urge them to send me an email or letter, or call me expressing their interest. You may review

I will not recommend anyone for an office or position in this administration who has not subscribed to the
Code of Conduct prepared by the E&G Committee.
I will be appointing a SELECT COMMITTEE ON TRANSITION in addition to what is listed in the Staff Directory
http://www.kwva.org/p_directory_officials.htm at this time. That will be a Special Committee as defined in the
Bylaws.
