According to our moving website calendar [the best veterans website in the country] there are 49 days “and a
wakeup” before our convention in Bossier City/Shreveport/Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana.
I am announcing the release of a nearly completed program schedule, more-or-less as it will be printed in the
program books - items in RED still need confirmation or coordination. Click

There will be a separate printed program for the Banquet on the final night.
Please note carefully the PURPOSE STATEMENT for the program schedule. We have adhered to that purpose as this
was prepared.
If you have not yet registered for the Convention and at the Hotel, I urge that you do so. For example, there
were plenty of Non Smoking rooms available three months ago when everyone had a registration form made available
to them on the website. There were still rooms available back around June 26 as people began receiving their
Graybeards with the forms in them. There may be no such rooms available today... if you have special rooming
needs, I suggest you not put off your hotel registration another day to assure you get the accommodations you
need.
