In Memoriam... Mrs. Harley J. Coon (Sylvia A.)... August 18, 2006Many members will be saddened to learn that Mrs. Harley J. Coon (Sylvia A.) died late last week. Although I did not personally know Mrs. Coon, the two occasions when I met her left me with the impression of a very gracious woman. We can all understand the grief that her loss imparts to the family. We pray for all of them in this difficult time. Visitation will be Tuesday evening, August 22, 5 -8 pm, at the Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH 45432, Telephone 937.252.3122. Mrs. Coon’s memorial service will be Wednesday morning, 10 am, at the Beavercreek Church of the Nazarene, 1850 North Fairfield Road, Beavercreek, OH 45431. I have asked Stephen Szekely LR10744, of South Euclid, Ohio, to represent the National Association at the services. I urge Ohio members to attend in honor of Mrs. Coon. The family has requested that all gifts be made to the Beavercreek Church of the Nazarene.
