BIRTH AND GROWTH OF NEW MEMORIAL - MIDDLEBOROUGH, MASS.

A new memorial to Korea War and Service Veterans will be dedicated on May 30, 2005 in Middleborough, Mass. Commander Jeff Brodeur, Chapter 299 KVA/KWVA has been working on this memorial almost daily since early this year. On May 9, 2005, Jeff and National President Lou Dechert visited the memorial site in a blowing rain storm--43 degrees, wind 40mph, rain.
